Finally, Lord Voldemort has been defeated by none other then Harry Potter himself. Though this is a great victory it came with a lot of great losses and wounds that feel like they will never, really, truly be healed. As everyone seems to be dealing with their grief differently only time will tell how this will effect the wizarding world as a whole. Will it be able to survive through this or will they let the hurt and hatred take over? Only time will tell.

Born on the 7th October 1966 in Porvoo, Finland, and grew up completely unaware of the Wizard community. The city is split from the metropolis; the vast, high-tech business park and commercial regions that see a horde of commuters travelling in and out everyday, and the Old Town - quaint and picturesque, amidst vivid culture and street displays, attracting tourists from all over the world.
This is where the Vossler family are settled, and have been for several generations. Even though his Grandparents were slightly adverse to the tourism; Cainan's parents both have jobs within the industry. They are well respected, a 'middle-class' who have a sufficient disposable income and have been blessed with generational affluence. By no means rich - but comfortable - the Vosslers have quite an enjoyable and colourful livelihood, where they eagerly mix and converse with all manner of people. The family ran a restaurant in the Old Town, and Cainan had a very sustained life. He was encouraged to do as he pleased and live his childhood as he wanted to.
When Cainan was a babe, his parents split and his Father took off, never to be seen or heard from again. His Mother, a muggle, re-married another muggle. For the majority of his childhood, Cainan was led to believe that his Step-Father was his biological Father; as his Mother seemed adamant on feeding this dishonesty. It was only later that he discovered that his biological Father was not the man who assumed so for all these years. He also discovered that his biological Father was, in fact, a Wizard; and thus the revelation of lies and the Wizard World came to light.
Cainan found it easy to accept his magical blood - for a number of years he had been performing card tricks and providing 'magician' entertainment for the customers in the restaurant. Even when he thought he'd messed up the technique; his performances almost 'magically' came together; disbelievingly, in fact. With the appearance of a letter from Durmstrang Institute, the truth was unveiled and Cainan showed a hostile response towards his parents and took off unexpectedly during the night.
A night of the full moon.
There had been several unusual reports earlier in the year of random attacks accumulating around Old Town; but Canian, equipped with a mind-medley of hatred towards his Mother, wandered out there without thinking. The werewolf cornered him. It was perhaps, as he neglected to make sense of what the thing was, cried 'Monster' to no ears. When he woke up after the attack, there was a woman weeping from above him. At first he assumed it was his Mother - but she was crying out strange words such as 'Healer' and 'Ministry of Magic' and was eventually subdued by some robe-wearing lunatics in what appeared to be a hospital setting; or what a hospital may have looked like in the late eighteen-hundreds.
The woman was the monster that night. She was ashamed of her 'biting' and begged to be locked up, or killed. The world had suddenly become a lot less colourful than what he was used to - as these 'Healers' explained to him the implications of the previous night, and the Durmstrang Headmaster would, reluctantly, still accept him to the school.
School life was deplorable. Spending his first years hating what he had become, gradually Cainan began to shift his outlook. He became particularly comfortable and obsessed with the corruption of his own being, slipping from the rest of society and by fifth-year had decided that he would leave his home in Finland to seek out this biological Father, who his Mother revealed was British and probably in England. Maybe he'd bite him, maybe he would just help to tarnish a reputation - of having a Werewolf for a son. He never returned to Durmstrang after that, but never found his Father either. After contacting the British Ministry of Magic at the beginning of 1981; he was taken aback by the response he got.
A man, working in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, Werewolf Support Services, was very interested in getting Cainan into the country. On their meeting, he explained to Cainan that there was a man - Fenrir Greyback - who was looking for young Werewolves such as himself to join his ranks. The man happened to be acting as a double-agent, and Cainan had to perform an Unbreakable Vow for his discretion.
Cainan became a trusted, and most loyal member of Fenrir Greyback's group of misfits and in so, existed more or less underground in their hideaway. Being a foreign Wizard and with his 'friend' at the Ministry working in the right Department, Cainan was never registered as a Werewolf. It meant that he could blend in the shadier parts of Wizard society, but with Fenrir's association with the Dark Lord and ever-increasing threat on the pack during the second wizard war, Cainan left Fenrir with several others and established his own pack.
With arising suspicion in recent years against Werewolves, particularly those in allegiance to Fenrir, Cainan promised that his pack would be a safe haven for their kind and other runaways. He still plays a dangerous game, however.
In order to regain a certain level of trust amongst the Wizards, Cainan confesses to be a Werewolf and implores that he will set up his own establishment to make 'amends'. He was questioned heavily by Wizengamot of his activities over the years, and he managed to convince them of leading an isolated existence before now and being afraid of the Dark Lord's influence. Outwardly mistrusted by the majority of the Wizengamot, he still escapes charges for not registering and is given acceptance of making his own establishment in Knockturn Alley.
Now he is the Owner and Proprietor of an underground bar which mostly attracts other Werewolves or Vampires: but unbeknownst to them, or the rest of Wizard Society, he is the Secret Keeper of his pack's den; hidden further underneath the foundations of the bar. He encourages most of the pack to work there: to play the 'reformed' card, but some just wish to remain in the underground caverns; isolated. Werewolves of Cainan's pack are non-violent types, and certainly do not display the same level of corruption as Fenrir did. In fact, most of them are deadbeat - have hatred for Humankind and wish to eventually make a life for themselves.
